Brands send a distribution brief. Wholesalers send a stock list. Either way, it lands in one inbox and gets read by a person.
The explanations and information provided on this page are only general and high-level explanations and information on how to write your own document of a Privacy Policy. You should not rely on this article as legal advice or as recommendations regarding what you should actually do, because we cannot know in advance what are the specific privacy policies you wish to establish between your business and your customers and visitors. We recommend that you seek legal advice to help you understand and to assist you in the creation of your own Privacy Policy.
Having said that, a privacy policy is a statement that discloses some or all of the ways a website collects, uses, discloses, processes, and manages the data of its visitors and customers. It usually also includes a statement regarding the website’s commitment to protecting its visitors’ or customers’ privacy, and an explanation about the different mechanisms the website is implementing in order to protect privacy.
Different jurisdictions have different legal obligations of what must be included in a Privacy Policy. You are responsible to make sure you are following the relevant legislation to your activities and location.
Generally speaking, a Privacy Policy often addresses these types of issues: the types of information the website is collecting and the manner in which it collects the data; an explanation about why is the website collecting these types of information; what are the website’s practices on sharing the information with third parties; ways in which your visitors and customers can exercise their rights according to the relevant privacy legislation; the specific practices regarding minors’ data collection; and much, much more.

TJ Archives Ltd is a limited company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14793867, VAT GB473999029). Registered office: 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE.
We operate www.tjarchives.com and are the data controller for personal data collected through it. For data protection matters, write to Contact@TJArchives.com or to the registered office.
This website has no contact form. If you email us, we process the address you send from, your name if you give it, and the content of the message, so we can reply. Legal basis: legitimate interests (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We keep enquiry correspondence for up to two years, or until the matter is resolved, then delete it.
Our host (Wix, with Cloudflare) records standard access logs: IP address, browser, the page requested, and the time. That is for security and reliability. Logs are typically kept for around 90 days by the host.
The site loads fonts from Google (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Google receives your IP address as part of that request. Google says it does not set cookies on Fonts requests or use that data for advertising. Google's privacy policy applies to that processing.
We do not set first-party tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or similar tools. Wix and Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security and delivery. We do not set optional cookies, so there is no cookie banner.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. Hosting providers process data on our behalf. Google processes font requests as above. We share data with authorities if the law requires it. Fonts involve a transfer to Google in the United States under Google's contractual terms.
Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, and in some cases to receive a copy. Email Contact@TJArchives.com. We will reply within one month and may need to verify who you are.
You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113. Please write to us first so we can try to put it right.
We may update this policy. The date above is the current version. It covers this website only, not third-party sites we link to.
